We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
We Cover Return Shipping If:
- The item has a manufacturing defect
- You receive the wrong product, size, or design
We'll provide a prepaid return label or return instructions.
Returns for Personal Reasons:
- If returning due to change of mind, color preference, or style choice, the customer covers return shipping
- Note: Slight color variations may occur due to lighting or screen differences

- Include your order number, photos (if any), and a brief explanation
Where to Return:
We offer two return locations - Vietnam Warehouse or U.S. Return Facility - and will assign the most suitable address based on your location.
Refund Processing:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Most refunds appear within 1-3 business days
- A confirmation email will be sent once processed
