We accept returns and refund requests within 30 days of delivery. Whether you received the wrong item or simply changed your mind, we’ll guide you through an easy return process.

We will cover 100% of the return shipping cost if:

  • Your item has a manufacturing defect
  • You received the wrong product, size, or design

If you’d like to return an item for personal reasons—such as a change of mind, preference, color, or style—the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

 

Please note: Minor color or appearance variations may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen differences. These are not considered defects.

2. how to start a return

To initiate a return, simply contact our support team:

Please include your order number, photos (if applicable), and a brief explanation. Our team will respond promptly with the next steps.

For your convenience, returns can be sent to one of our facilities:

  • Vietnam Warehouse
  • U.S. Return Facility

4. refund processing

Once we receive your returned item and complete an inspection:

  • Your refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • Most refunds appear within 1–3 business days, depending on your bank or card provider

We’ll also send a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
