Order Modifications (Within 24 Hours)

If you need to update your shipping address, adjust product details (such as color or style), or make any other changes, you may request a modification within 24 hours of placing your order.

• Your order number
• A clear description of the change you’d like to make

We’ll do our best to accommodate your request and will reply within the same business day.

Order Cancellations (Within 24 Hours)

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. We understand that unexpected situations can arise, so we’re happy to support reasonable cancellation requests related to emergencies or special circumstances.

To cancel, contact us at support@lunivan.com as soon as possible.

Cancellations After Production Has Started

If your order has already entered production but has not yet shipped, cancellation may still be possible. In these cases, a 20% fee will apply to cover material and handling costs.
his does not apply to custom or personalized items, which cannot be cancelled once production begins.

After Shipment

Once your order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for modification or cancellation. At this stage, the package is already in the hands of the carrier, and we cannot make adjustments.

For delivered orders, you may still refer to our Return & Refund Policy if you need additional support.
